Looking ahead

Month of june is coming to an end soon. Time getting more and more pressing, in 2 weeks time is the traffic police riding test. The presentation ceremony is also at that time. Plus the planning for the kinabalu trip is still in quite an infant stage. I should better get things worked out next week.

Strange strange is, I am still unable to post picture up bloggers. Does anyone face the same problem?

World cup fever is on.. But even more people had caught a fever. As the weather had been unusally rainy, lots of ppl I know had taken ill. Happened to called Ann yesterday, her voice totally freak me out man. I dun think I have ever heard her sound soooo sick before. I also had been coughing abit.

Feeling abit exhausted lately.. unable to concentrate nor gather enuff energy to focus. I desperately need a break soon...

I cann't post any picture up in Bloggers since dunno when. Fed up, I shouldn't try anymore.

Don't feel very well today. hmm.. no idea how come too. Just feeling moody... Shouldn't talk too much nonsence. Sleeps..

Ain't we all Naughty By Nature?

Have you ever got calls from tellign you that you have won some prize and that you can collect the free voucher or gifts and make appointments for you to visit?

It so happened that on Sat evening, I got such a call telling me that I had won a free make over session, in a lucky draw contest I took part in. The best part is, I cannot even remember that I took part in any lucky draw. Being the curious me, always am game to learn something new even though it is like 100% sure that there must be a catch!

As the saying goes curiousity kills the cat and since there is free image consulatation anyway, Wad the heck. So since I had not much to do anyway, I turned up for my appointment in the shophouse in 69 Boat Quay. The setup was like a photography studio. There were crowds of ppl, families and individuals. I was asked by the receptionist to sit down and wait. In about 10 mins, An image consulatant came and attended to me. Her name was Mira and she explained to me about the proceeding and what's gonna come. She's a young girl, just freshly graduated form poly, and seems like the work there has also very long working hours from 12 to sometimes 12 midnite.

What happened next was to go to the markup room where by I get to change to the outfit I brought along. The make up artist looks like any aunties you find outside. After that we went into the photo studio, this time I was really amazed, even the photographer seems like she is only 18 years old. So she took some shots and then I went back to change before another round of photo shoot in another outfit and setting.

After that, the real challenge begins.. Mira started to explain to me about the work they do in the studio, using photoshop to do editing and so on and so forth..how others come back and all the various benefit and what the studio can offer. But I am keenly aware how the sensitive topic of price is delibrately left out.. hhaa,, then she got another ang mo guy to come talk to me, he began another round of psychoing, trying to convince me wad a great and lucky dae it is for me. Since I keep nodding my head and it seems to him that I am well onto the hook, he trail close and ask me to sign up for the installment plan to get a life time membership with the studio.

So the tussel went on for almost 2 hours.. goodness. Mira, talked.. a little. Can see that she's tired from the day's work. The ang moh guy tried .. even try to use sympahty to close me. Finally one of their manager even come and talk about career opportunity to me. Goodness, did I really have such patiance and endurance? :P haha I guess I am just plain stingy. Haha.. so there you go.. I spend 4 hours.. Finnaly I got!! 2 miserable pictures... haha.. I think I am lucky already. I read in other blogs, they got a lousy CD (dun even come with an envelope) and the CD is even currupted. :P LOL... what a CON job. Remember, if something looks too good to be true, it probably isn't.. hheehe... I just like to learn more about the CON jobs out there :P

Baby's growing pains

My baby's growing fast, the vessel is being build in full gear now,
in a couple of day's time, the heart of the baby (the engine room) will be started.
FIRST SMOKE! it is called, means the management gets money coming in.
For us, works gets more tighter. In Another 4 months she's gonna be a beautiful princess. Her Name is "Ocean Endeavor". I Like her name~

Actually the work's fine! team member's great! We squabbles and argue and fight sometimes, but it is actually very shiok to work with co-operative ppl to solve problems together and work towards solutions. However, people with different philosophies... dun work well. Got to learn to work with different ppl.. including those who wants you out.

Last week while talking to a colleague,
He said: "See you at meeting sometimes I feel very sorry for you, being the youngest around, people always shoot you"

Well, not that I have a choice of my situations, I just have to make the best of, do what I can to keep my head above water and wait for the right time to come. :D Really.. working to improve my character, earn enough to go by, and most importantly, learning how to enjoy working with others, how to enjoy relationships~ technical knowledge ... calculations.. .. organisational skills.. blah blah blah... will fall in place :P

Today is friday again,
The week came and go in the blink of the eye.
Some trivailities first..

This week I aimed to clear my bike course.
After numerous attempts and long hours spent in bbdc, I got through all 3 stages of the bike practical course. TP test booked at 11th July. After this, good bye to my lao puo X-9, upgrade to super-4

finally, I stopped procrastinating and enrolled myself in the car coop for car rental. Wooo.. one more way to slurge my money.

Lots of shopping is in order to come.. looking at my cupboard.. only full of craps.

Since May had came to an end.. And June had started, it is indeed time to move on and stopped chasing after wind.. an impossible dream, back to life of monotony..

Also the coming of June brings maybe more urgent matters, the scholarship presentation ceremony is just weeks away now. STRESS!! the venue we have barely secure. Many plans not thought of .. and arrangements yet to be made

Having said that, I am happie the planning to climn Kinabalu had kicke started of. I really hope the trip will be successful and all the participant can have a great time in coming August.

Plans till the end of the year includes.. Enjoying my life as fullest as I can, Never to let work and things weigh me down, always spare time to make ppl ard me happy, continue to be more joyous and learning to cultivate a deep sense of peace and joy within me.

Delivering my baby (Oil rig) .. is also quite crucial.. lol.. better do wad ever i need to do.. before baby begins to cry loud loud.. in coming September till December

Yet before one things can be settled.. another arises.. Now I got to start to plan and look after yet another baby (oil rig) She's going to arrive in August..

On Tuesday the book I order from Amazon , "escape from paradise" had arrived. The book is an autobiography of the great grand daughter of the Haw Par brothers who left us with the haw par villa as well as tiger balm. Certainly a great insight into the lives of the riches, and wad wealth and power can do to people. Also, a woman's search for love, and struggle to survive in a complicated extended family, finally getting out of our so call "Paradise".

Hmm.. too many trivalities this week. Weekender... SHOPPPING!!!

June is here!

Nope, no more weddings to attend this week.. *phew*

Had really been busy last week,
Going for bike course.. fail.. simply too shack after work
Work getting more and more pressing,
Only consolation is, the heavy weight hanging on my mind finally can be let go

June already, the ceremony is approaching nearer by the days, spent last week reccing out the Jewel Box on top of fable hill, and also the POD in NLB

Finally made it to Sat, went to PC fair with Cherina and Peter,
Called Jeremy, but he was having dinner at Shangri la.
I was surprise to see Xiao yan there at the OCBC booth!!
So no choice.. have to support friend., and opened a trading account with her
She told me Zhifen just walked passed abt 5 m away..
Wah this pretty Zhifen, walked passed also no give face and say hello.
Later at dinner, I simple stoned.. bonked out from the tiredness of the week

Today I never even think of going back to work! yeah!
I tried to pig it out in the morning, but not too successful, still woke up at 10+
but I cleaned out my room, Yeah! Really happie
As the weather becomes so nice.. with the sun hiding behind the clouds,
I called a Lizhi and went for a ride in East Coast
