Bike SOLD! Insightful Meetings~
Going once, twice.. trice.. sold!
Last weekend was a weekend for JC friends,
It all began with work as usual on Sat,looking at the plans for the weekend..
Seems quite full, except that there is no appointment and no plans to have my bike sold..
Flipping through my note book, 7 numbers, 2 had viewed, 5 showed interest. It has been almost a week and there had been some progress and some seems quite keen but still wants to "fish" around the market. hmm.. I guess I will drop them a msg to ask if they are still keen about the bike. Only 2 replied. One is to asked about the cost of transfer and if can lower the price further. The other apologise for not being able to view the bike on sat.
hmm... I guess I will have to continue to hold on the bike for a little while longer..
*patience patience patience..
So it was a sailor's outing on a Sat nite after the collection of the Super 4 which Mah Motor took back for repairs. After changing/ repairing/ washing/ tuning /God knows what the shop did to the bike. It perform pretty good!
And so it was.. a nite at Settler's cafe. lol.. celebrating 3 guys birthday. I didn't want to stay too late, I feel sooo tired after the long week passed. So sat came and went...
Sunday,
A lazy sunday morning came, with so many ding dongs to tidy up, I simply do not know where to begin. So I decided that I should spend my day at the library reading, I need new re-freshing ideas and thoughts. After reaching the National Library, Barely got to settle down and read, I got a phone call from Tony, one of those who is interested in the x-9. So I made a trip home to meet him.
Tony looked at the bike, after a brief discussion, he was ok with it. So it was SOLD! :)
spend the rest of my sunday reading, and in the evening, met with JC library classmates. woh, Brenda is certainly doing well, with a new position in Dubai. And so is Catherine. We discussed many topics from banking, commodities, career enhancements, spirituality, and buddism. It was indeed a very interesting and fulfilling nite for conversation..
Hmm... I see light at the end of the tunnels... *smiles*
